Ready to work
We know from our first-hand experiences working in the local community that when individuals resettle in the UK, they often struggle to find employment and if they do secure jobs, they are often not in areas they previously built careers in.
As well as this, we know that job satisfaction is integral to fulfilment and those who find jobs that they enjoy are more likely to flourish and successfully integrate into the local community.
Despite this, there continue to be many barriers to employment. These obstacles can range from the practicalities of knowing how to find work and how to apply for jobs, to language barriers and the skills and knowledge needed to build CVs and complete application forms.

Whatever it is that individuals need support with to help them find employment, our dedicated team are happy to help.
We have built meaningful and trusting relationships with many major organisations and recruitment agencies in the local community, serving sectors from healthcare to finance to hospitality and much much more. Our connections to local employers mean we are in a strong position to help individuals find work in areas they are passionate about.
As well as this we have a database of teachers offering English lessons to those who need it and a team of volunteers to support individuals with CV writing and application forms.
